Quality, Security & Reliability
We take security seriously so you can focus on your study visit or stay.
- Secure building: Security cameras monitor the facility inside and out, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All entrances and exits are alarmed, so we always know who is coming and going.
- Protected spaces: Areas for overnight participants are kept separate from outpatient areas. Only authorized staff with secure access can open the doors between them.
- Properly stored medicines: A validated monitoring system checks the temperature of our pharmacy, refrigerators and freezers at all times. This keeps study medicines and samples in the right condition.
Endeavor Clinical Trials is protected by a stand-by 40k watt natural gas generator. In the event of loss of Texas Power & Light power to the building, the strong, but quiet generator automatically detects the loss and starts providing power to all essential portions of the facility. This includes: all the refrigerators, freezers, centrifuges, and security monitoring equipment. The natural gas supply allows the generator to work without interruption for an extended period of time.
